Bradley M. Beall is an Appellate Attorney with Alexander Appellate Law P.A. His practice focuses on providing appellate and trial support to in civil cases, including personal injury, construction defect, commercial, and family law appeals.
Brad earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy with Baccalaureate Honors from the University of North Florida, where he graduated summa cum laude. Brad earned his Juris Doctor degree and graduated cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he was Editor in Chief of the Florida Law Review and a teaching assistant for legal writing and appellate advocacy. During law school, Brad served as an extern for the Honorable Marcia Morales Howard of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
After graduating law school, Brad joined one of America’s largest class action law firms, gaining invaluable experience litigating complex, plaintiffs-side class action cases, including antitrust, consumer fraud, mass torts, and data breach litigation. His experience litigating complex, high-stakes class action cases has equipped him with an indispensable set of skills and perspectives that enable him to identify and craft successful arguments at both the trial and appellate level.
