This blog is intended to fulfill two major goals. First, I intend to keep the blog’s followers—whether they belong to the bar, the public, or the media—abreast of developments in Florida law by offering insightful analysis of Florida Supreme Court opinions the day they are issued. Second, the blog will be a practical resource for lawyers by providing a clear analysis, in as simple of terms as possible, of the effect that Florida Supreme Court opinions will have the on the practice of law in Florida.
