Kerry Evander served for sixteen years as an appellate judge on Florida’s Fifth District Court of Appeal before joining Alexander Appellate Law P.A. as “of counsel” in 2023. He was Chief Judge of the court from 2019 until 2021. Before that, Kerry served as a circuit court judge, as chief judge of the circuit court, and as a county court judge, for almost 34 years of service in Florida’s judicial branch. Before serving in the judiciary, Kerry practiced appellate, general civil, municipal, and construction litigation. His full professional biography can be found below.
